    You'll never been banned if you raise a dispute on a valid missing donation. It's what the system is there for. Like BH says a lot of the team has been away and most don't have access to pp. It's not an excuse though. We shouldn't take so long to resolve it so apologies.

    Yeah all Gamegold on existing characters within an account will merge, so if you have 600 on one character and 5000 on another you'll now have 5600 to spend on either. Same with future purchases, can buy on one character and spend on another
