    Persist the window locations? You mean keep them non-movable? If so, i'd say let 'm be moved. Sure, will mean a lot more drawing, but i find it helpful to be able to move thing around :)

    @Konni - we can rip the latest ones from mirpatch FTP, that way we're not backtracking. Afaik, they just released the new one for Ei. Looks very cool. I'm just fiddling with server code atm, programming some custom sockets, and testing out different types of encryption.

    Yeah, but if you get a proper wizard, he'll just run like hell away from you, then use a mass attack to slow you, then repeat. Winds up extremely annoying, as without a pet a warrior's almost defenseless against it.

    Well, i'd say Taos are going to own. Ressurection, although it carries a hefty price, will no doubt make them the key to the new euro mir3 server.

    Depends on the server really. Some servers give warriors Uber weapons, a lot of servers give taos many shinsus etc, which makes them own. By the same token, HellIce means Wizards pretty much own everything...

    Yep, you can just import the work. Generally speaking, .net 2.0 runs a lot smoother, and it's newer functions help save a lot of time. Look into SQL Server 2005, as it's new XQueries look very interesting.... Check your PMs.

    I prefer norton over the others, as it's the most comprehensive scanner. Anyways, make sure the files norton detects aren't read-only, it's a common virus trick which stops a lot of AV programs.

    SourceForge would be a good idea, imho, but the problem is thedeath seemed reluctant :P C# would be a far better language, and i'm currently trying to port it over myself (To C# 2.0, that is).
