Just make sure you research what offers new customers can get though so you have some ammo to barter with. You can always same to them you will just cancel and sign up again...

    I've always thought that the skill menu was always lacking info. I would have like to see some number, like base damage etc. You could always give the users the option to turn off the tooltips.
