3. You can drive all as far as im aware. The only problem is insurance, alot of insurance companies wont insure you on certain cars (fast ones mainly).
4. You mean Insure not ensure? Insurance on cars for younger people is really expensive, all depends on engine size, car type, BHP, modifications etc.
