One of the main problems we will have the same as any Game - PvP v PvE
Currently some say skills are too powerful in PvP yet may be completely useless in PvE, the team (and players) need to help find the right bias or have some form of Multiplier/Dampener on skills depending on the target (Ie - SetTarget - Mob/Player/Enviroment)
This is why you have the yellow stun effect with a damage multiplier against PVE. Tune the power of base TDB to PVP then have the yellow dmg multiplier only effect pve. You can then tune the multiplier to make sure warriors can keep up (not the same as but at least somewhat) in lvling, this can then not work or work on bosses however you would like.
Warriors being able to 1 shot a wiz without shield is not a problem if it were to be there. Currently you can have multiple warriors bashing on a stuck wiz with shield up and they won't die. If a wiz gets caught stuck beside 2 warriors WITHOUT shield up they should get 1 shot, every time, period.
Saying that a wiz shouldn't die when caught without shield is like saying a warrior shouldn't die when caught not potting....If you don't pot or you don't recast shield properly you should die.
Alot of other skills should be able to get tuned this way also. I personally don't want euro, intelligent balancing of skills, innovative tweaks to balance some to me is very welcome. Don't be surprised that it is hard and may take many weeks of tweaks to get close to balanced. Yes people will complain, but they did on euro, and will on every server. If it is not set in stone and you guys are willing to always revisit (in order or priority of course) then I personally think that is great and all that you can do. Other games are not balanced, but because they are always being revisited I am willing to play them because I know I won't be stuck forever in a badly balanced game.
