btw the weight on 45/46 blades hand weight is too much to wear hard torches will there be a tweak to there weight as people don't want to **** there nice items.


never mind i noticed there changed didn't look into it as i should >.<

nice to see another warrior wading in as most of the time it's just me vs every sin on forum. but yeah, speed5 = speed 3.75 after reboot.

staff - as you wont comment about what testing was done to decide that this was the best way forward, at least hold off on the a. speed changes this reboot to allow for some ingame testing by players (and hopefully staff input too..)? As i've said i'm more than happy to be involved in this but afaik no warriors have been invited to test with you, but sins have. The proposed change is a knee jerk reaction and isn't the way to go about addressing any balancing concerns that you think may exist. The DS fix should obviously still go ahead as this is necessary, but before you go screwing warriors completely at least look at things objectively before making major changes like this.

Again, to nip this in the bud. I just checked the live Server (checked Bag, Storage and Equipment), there are only 2 characters who have more than 1 RazorEdgedBlades. Both of these characters only have 2 each. One is a storage character and another is a player. No one has more than 2.

No one knew and no one character(s) bought them all.

You do realise that in one update u have completely tottaly fkd one entire class and lost a LOT of players as a lot of ppl play wizards, I am extremely disappointed in this u have just ruined a lot of time and effort put into my character. I doubt wizzies will be able to kill any class now it was actually still hard to kill sum1 1 on 1 on a wiz I expect FF will be hitting 150-200 max now completely ridiculous stupid twat update!!!!

Will you just shut up ya moaner, no one will leave and no one will care if anyone does , **** changes all the time you just have to go with the flow man

Milo you know very well that's a completely useless stat, they could be over multiple accounts or storages, or held in TM unlisted, and frankly, the server teams word means **** these days, everybody has had most of the dirty rumours confirmed already. Why cause yourself more issues, what happened to all that being in the past and things being done right now? was only days ago you were ninja editing massive advantages and only letting select people know about the changes.

Those weps really shouldn't have been ingame to start with as there was no equivalent for other classes, and your handing out potentially 100mill items, 200mill in just those cases
you mentioned to people for no reason.
Those blades being ingame to start with was a mistake, amending their stats now for no reason is just compounding it, and making a massively Sin biased update even more so. Plain silly.

Warriors kit shouldn't be penalised in its current state. Keep aspeed the same as before but cap warriors at 6 if you intent to keep that the same.. Those on speed 6 will notice no change. Those on 7/8 will be afforded the luxury of swapping a ring or necklace for a slow or accuracy gemmed equivalent.

Any word on if the drops for new skills and the higher level skills that have not dropped yet were looked at for this patch?

Not sure if people realize, 1 extra hit every 11 hits will make next to no noticeable difference in PvP. At least wait till its live and you have tried it. As an overall % the MB change IS a small tweak not an overall, as is the speed change.

There is a good chance that if the server team didn't announce it these changes could take weeks for people to even notice. It took a year to change sin speed (been slower than warriors for 1 year). Stop complaining before it's even live.

sorry kori but you're hugely biased so i take everything you say with a pinch of salt. i also know you were one of the ones who knew this update was coming before it was officially announced so i highly suspect you had a hand in influencing this change.

speed6 is not 'ridiculously fast'. also you do realise that gemming speed+8 on a warrior is incredibly difficult/expensive? in fact i KNOW you know this because you gave up trying on your warrior after what, 6? speed gems failed, the last 1 smashing your sowg. you then rerolled a sin. so please don't try to defend what both yourself and harry know is a massively OTT nerf.

sins could toe-to-toe warriors before, i've explained this multiple times and it's hugely frustrating that the team haven't at listened to this and watched the proof ingame that i see day in, day out. and again, the whole picture isn't being looked at here. there's more to pvp than just dps/toe-to-toeing - what about being able to teleport next to your target/teleport away with no cooldown? no one has responded to this yet.

to the server team - this is too much, too soon. you need to take baby steps when trying to balance things and this isnt what this is. i'd be more than happy to spend some time demonstrating/testing ingame to the staff that sins aren't anywhere near as flawed as the sins on the forum are making out, and also help demonstrate/explain why the WHOLE picture needs looking at when balancing classes.

A certain someone told me that sins DS animation change was happening as he was chosen to test things for them, and as thus I assumed that was a huge buff. It's a shame you've become too engrossed into Mir that you also jump to this silly conclusions. I've not had a hand in anything, I've not touched Chronicles in ages.

I do however think these changes needed to happen and have been stating so for the past... 6months. You're talking to someone who's HAD speed8 on a warrior in end-game kit and also had slow5 agil38 endgame kit on an assassin. I know full well what the potential of each class and the costs are. I succeeded in getting Speed8 on my warrior but re-rolled to a sin due to boredom of the game. Soon after reaching end-game kit on sin I simply left. Please at least get facts right before calling someone biased. I don't consider you to be on the same level as Kyler.

Sins could never toe to toe warriors efficiently mate, i'm sorry but it's an illusion that you've somehow created. In order to do so, you have to get at least 34 agility on a sin. At which point, you then have the -CHANCE- to toe to toe a warrior. You either dodge their hits, or you don't. If you don't, you're dead. It's that simple. It's like rolling a dice every time you toe to toe a warrior. No class should be 100% based on RNG to succeed. At all.

I, Also, if you recall in my previous thread stated that ShadowStep needed a much larger cooldown and that ShoulderDash should have an extra second or two added to its cooldown. So again, cut the bias crap.

I agree however that all of this in one go is a LOT to take in, but then the server team have never done anything in small implements, it's always been one big lump sum that probably ends up making more work for themselves.

TL;DR the speed nerf to warriors is not as big a deal as you think, you'll still 1hit your precious Inoob.

Yes they have been but not included in this reboot due to the amount of stuff already included - weve learnt from past experience that the more stuff introduced in 1 reboot the harder it is to hunt down anything that goes wrong (xmas update a key example)

The next reboot/update will be a mainly spell based one

I'd still argue that more testing needs to be done before a.speed is fundamentally changed in any way. There's still this massive focus on a.speed/'DPS' but for some reason people are refusing to look at the classes in their entirety and are just ignoring this point.

Give the DS fix time to settle in, in the meantime do some varied testing with the help of players once this fix is in place, then look at the facts and go from there. This is the sensible way to do it and you've got players offering to help/support this approach.

no way a warrior should be able to hit the same speed as assassin...

and they HIT faster than assassins and needed fixed.

of course its gonna have a chance to fail...

in beta testing it had fail chance just like shadow step does but you cant just spam the spell.
