Your crappy attitude was one of the biggest problems. Sorting that would probably help
u had a big user count man, 250 every night, but you clearly didnt beta test much at all, it was insulting to run around and see how unfinished **** was, then with the exploits you literally pissed off 180 of your regular players because of certain bug/exploits giving GAME BREAKING advantages whether it was mobs not working/attacking or spells/classes being stupid OP, you truly couldn't of had a better player base and screwed it it up worse.
option 4 wipe it and you might get 50-100 players back, but dont expect many donations. noobs .

...learn to take criticism without taking it personally...
...rather than wait 2 weeks to act on Andy Carrol being “slow” and “bugged” sub him out day1...
...understand “balance” after all it’s a game of “2 half’s”...
...ultimately know when you are beat and relegate yourself. Take a leaf out of 2012 when you were given a fantastic set of “file” foundations, gather some common “ground” and start again building up from the core...
...under no circumstances wipe money from “fans” that have brought tickets into you...
...keep the assistant manager running the B team in the reserves so them paying fans can still relish in what they have brought into...
...come back next year with the aspirations and knowledge to “pitch” in your patched plans, rising from the shadows & branching out across the globe.

loads of fkin Lk7 weps on game and i used on my wepon about 600 bene`s and still lk 2 .... u sell them with lk7 ? or u just ****ed up luck in game aswell as u ****ed up wizz as is weak as **** ! so give us a reason to fkin play this game ! btw everyone i talk to told me they left because you have ****edup classes ! like Sin is way better then any class in game if u enough level

Server had potential untill I realised you didn't know yourselves what direction you wanted to take. I mean, most server owners know what rate they're hosting and you couldn't even get that rite. Your listining skills have brought you here and nothing else.
You know your best option financially is too restart server and hope a handful of stupid/and or rich kids donate.

Remember the periodic massive lag spikes when the server launched? That was because the logging facility in the base c# files doesn't cope too well with high user counts as Hany proved; I'm guessing they just disabled the logging facility altogether considering how quickly the issue was resolved once it was identified, but potentially haven't since re-implemented a better solution; therefore the natural assumption is that there are no logs.
Of course a GM could easily prove my theory wrong - with evidence
Even if the logs do exist, the ones produced by the C# are not the most straight forwards to review/query against on a mass scale - with them being individual text files per player. So i'm not really surprised they have not been considered to resolve the situation - this is one of the many benefits of migrating data such as this to a real database structure.
At this rate it doesn't matter which option has the highest vote, it looks like nothing at all is going to happen regardless.

Agreed, Add #Version 2 ... Remastered... Revenge... etc to the server name, add a new zone then relaunch, Then watch the whales appear.
I don't really understand why you think a full wipe/relaunch would help. Who wants to play the low levels all over again? That's dull enough as it is let alone on a server you've already played once before.
