On a serious note, you don't need it.. and if you do.. make a macro.
tdb was allways cutting wizzes shield..was the best skill to kill a wizz, we all know tht.my opinion is, we need to change this. Not because a warrior should smash a wiz, but because TDB should be cutting through shield at least 1 of the two hits.
This needs to be looked at, as a wizard shield up or not, should not able to tank a warrior/sin, they should survive with shield up but not toe to toe. The flip side, did lots of testing and as soon as the dc increases on a warrior (not by thats much either) it does really make a difference, so its a fine balancing act we will work on asap.

So it sounds to me like you misunderstood my last post, what I was saying was the experience potions shouldn't do as much yes your lowering prices but that promotes bulk buying.
Then there is the stacking so your saying that the 48 hour 5% experience potions doesn't stack with the 40% experience potion if that is the case fine but it doesn't address the fact that potions and items that buff a characters stats offer a large advantage. Over the players that don't deposit.
Lastly I was also saying that the experience required to level is too high it should be slower or else you will have level 50s in no time, I dunno how much slower 44 is as I am not there yet but I have a feeling it won't be that hard.
stephs i will always run my gob against people selfishly trying to throw balance in their favor without considering all factors, the only factor you have is bashing your head against a warrior. As I said if ranged fox tames are in the game then your fine, otherwise you don't like being a complete wizard or even the role of a wizard (to bash heads against a warrior??).

Page 2 of this thread has you basically "if anyone is for nerfing Wizard in any way you don't understand + melee's have it too easy", I don't need to quote you and I don't need to bring ingame evidence of testing out how class skills fair vs whatever. Kori is very experienced on wiz and he's seen skills that need to be adjusted, thats almost all the info I need to know.
For some reason you've concluded that serious discussions are warranted but you are lvl 39, you are not complete, you don't possess the best pets and this is all purely on a 1v1 basis from what I've gathered which is funny included with "why should melee's have it easy" because :
-Wizards have the easiest damage tools in the game, point and click at range AND walls/any scenery will not block + fw spam for room defending
-Wizards are able to mass kill mobs, solo at a good speed, usually leaving other classes in the dust unless those other classes are constantly working together for effective leveling
-Wiz duo solo's bosses too easily, wiz's can still rek OmaKing on this server or changed?
Basically If wiz don't have a disadvantage solo (pvp) then we run into the same problem on every server before this, I was a 44 wiz on Marble first month, 2nd month I was bored out of my mind because the solo capability unreal + lvl 7 fox cave pets result in even more damage + added security. Wiz's need the competition and they need it to hurt, they need to be punished in pvp especially alone, you need to group/guild, if you aren't you get pets, lvl 7 and respect the competition.
As I said Kori said a few things that could end up being positive and if you aren't happy with that then you've gone the wrong class/role OR you've given yourself the wrong impression of what the end result of this game should be, this is an mmo, we can group and guild and we can eliminate weaknesses or combine strengths.
I will keep this short and simple, wiz low end damage needs a deep reconsideration. I just did 4 Flame Fields, 21, 33, 15 and 25 with semi good balance with base mc. I have reported this many times before and i assume saying it here won't make any difference too. Fire Wall is an issue too, I placed 5 of them and the best one of them did around 40 which is bad. Now how i think about this is weird, i get the feeling that base mc is just never there and it doesnt matter if u have 25 or 0 its basically the same, or its all the mobs defense stats or someshit. but also it applies to pvp damage as well so i doubt its that. and that applies to basically every skill wiz have and will have in the future so sort it out pls cuz its annoying to deal with. bless.
